Wild Edible Identification Walk @ Byron Park Pavilion
Join Cornell Cooperative Extension and the Indian Lake Library on a Wild Edible Identification walk.
Pat Baker from CCE Franklin Co. will present the program. She will teach how to identify and use wild edibles, bring examples, show how to make flour from flowers, and much more. This interactive workshop will be from noon to 4 pm.
Participants will meet at the Byron Park Pavilion (6259 Route 28, Indian Lake) at noon and will traverse the Woodline and nearby trails with Pat to locate edibles.
Please wear appropriate footwear for hiking and insect protection.
Following the walk there will be the presentation.
Space is limited to 20 participants and there is a $15 registration fee to attend.
