This program is where kids and caregivers experience the magic of books together, along with songs, movement, and other hands-on activities that make the world of words and pictures an amazing place to be! These would also be opportunities for your children to socialize with other kids.
Super Fun Story Time focuses on families with children ages birth through 1st grade.
We want to support our younger patrons and families on their journey to find the joy in books!
These programs will be fun-filled and foster a love of language and books! Story Times will focus on 5 concepts of family literacy: Talking, Singing, Reading, Writing, and Playing.
We have a lot of activities planned, and great low-key, take-home resources for parents and caregivers to promote literacy skills.
The library is offering this program 2 times a week, families are welcome to attend any of the weekly sessions as often as they please. The other weekly session is held Fridays at 10:30 am.
If the library is closed due to weather or a holiday, SFST will not take place.
